The e-learning competence center of the school can be contacted 24/7 via email and by phone: +49 30 85789 348. Each student who works there will be able to give you competent help.
Various teaching assistants, recruited from the e-learning team of the school (aka “the evil helpers”) are also available for technical help: go to their scheduled opening hours or send email to elearning [at] hwr-berlin [dot] de.
A forum is available to discuss questions and issues throughout the course, on ILIAS, in your course area and should be used by you for any general and technical issues.
Student teams will receive team coaching sessions. A schedule will be published on the course wiki in the ILIAS course area.
