Content management
Content Management Systems (CMS) are the latest and greatest money spinners for IT companies. Why? Because everything can be “content”, and “content is king”, as we all know. (What about the customer? Oh well, he or she has become content, too.)
WordPress is also a content management system, i.e. by working with this software, you get first-rate hands-on experience with a multi-user production CMS. You will use WordPress for your individual blogs during this course. This blog also runs on WordPress software (using the “Painter” theme).
Drupal is a state-of-the-art Open Source CMS, which is more complex than WordPress but, with some training and practice, just as easy to understand and control. You will use Drupal for your project during this course.
