ILIAS wiki & forum
ILIAS is an Open Source learning management platform originally conceived at the University of Cologne. It is used at the Berlin School of Economics and Law since 2004. There are many such systems around – the other very popular Open Source system is Moodle, and a much-used commercial system is Blackboard.
In this course, we will use several e-learning objects residing in ILIAS (and therefore not available to outsiders):
- discussion forum – for any questions and internal discussion of issues
- wiki – for group work, exercises in class, and quick annotations
- admin folder – for any administrative documents you might need
- you will upload the last versions of your individual and your project blogs to ILIAS at the end of the term
